It happen to me before my account been banned by adsense. Sometimes my ads didnt show up. It only apper google hurricane.. somthing like that. Can anybody tell me why?

yes, maybe your keywords doesnt match any of their clients, that why. So instead of placing them a blank space or just a hollow box, they put either Public Ads or that Google thing.

They stop directing ads when they know the person is illegitimate, I think that was the reason, ads stopped before you were banned.

definetly you must be having problem with your browser or net connection. hurrican ads are displayed by google.if you are getting that then there is no problem with your account but if the ads are not appearing then its define that google has removed ads from your account but forgot to ban you.

Ads in adsense not showing up sometimes is a common occurence in adsense. It could be due to various reasons, but first and foremost reason is the content of the page is not adequate to show related ads or sometimes if you have more than 3 ads fourth ad will not show up too.

Google will not display adsense ads if your content on your site/blog is not suitable to their conditions... say if your content is porn related they just display public ads.

Those are PSA ads. If you don't have enough content or if you have just added adsense on your site that's when you see those ads.
