I've fiddled with Adwords for quite some time now, and I'm still confused. I started a campaign yesterday with some very general keywords. I even targeted specific websites with high PPC bids. However, it's been over 24 hours, and it's still showing that I have 0 impressions and 0 clicks on all my campaigns. Am I doing something wrong?Any insight is appreciated .

luck and only luck buddy, you should not target specific websites as usually websites with very high PPC bids have very to the point visitors and they don bother wasting time clicking on other websites , so always go for websites which provide half the information to the users so they click yours in anixety to gain the missing part of info, hope u gettin my point

Almost everything you need to know about google adwords and how start campaign etc have all been clearly explained the help of google adwords itself. I used it ever since it started and i did not need any other additional tool for it then.

You can easily start a campaign in google adwords, you don't need any additional knowledge required for it. yOU can start by using the step by step process given by google adwords to start a campaign, but you would require some time to better understand it and maintain it.
