Default Adwords keyword tool?
How do you find these tools offered by google adwords to work

Are they really worth to search for the keywords and other stuff related to google adwords. I have been using an external tool to do it and want to switch to google's own tools soon.

I love keywordspy the most than these keyword research tools. it has a very good report and has showed increase in traffic to my website by giveing appropriate keywords. it also provides competitative biidng rates for those keywords.
