Is submitting the blogs to various regular directories and blog specific directories a good form of seo to follow? Have anyone got good results with it? I am planning to submit my blog to various free directories both regular and blog directories, can somone shed light on this?

It is very beneficial if you submit your blog to many directories. You can get more back links by this method that makes more profits in Internet Marketing
