Default Music for Pain Relief??
Last Sunday, One of mine health adviser friend shared with me about Music’s Importance for many types of Pain related to our Body. That was really amazing and also strange for me.

I am quite wondering that can music relieve pain.

I've heard something about it, but haven't tried myself, still tend to think pain killers work better

It is better to listen music than taking pain killer because heavy uses of which may be adversely affect your health.I really faced it.Listing soft music move your attention from pain and relax your mind to a great extent without any harm.......

As for me, when i have some pain I prefer to switch off everything, close the curtains and switch off my mobile and stay in silence and in darkness.

I guess, music may help in case you don't experience terrible pain, if it's not so serious, really music may act as a placebo effect to you, in other cases, pain killers is the only way out

Music is a very good source to get relaxing....but i have no idea about pain relief.

Mostly the people listen the music to sooth there calms and for relaxations . I also listen soft music as well.
