I have always found the the customer service to be really good, but many used to complain about them but i beg to differ on that as they are very fast to respond and help you out when you have an issue in your hand. The best way to contact them is on friday to get the response the same day!

When it comes to customer service, i dont feel that cj is no different than any other affiliate programs, not much to speak of. they just reply with pre-written replies most of the time.
