Do you believe E-Gold is safer that PayPal?
I heard someone say that E-Gold is safer than PayPal...
Do you believe that this is true???
If so why???
I currently do not have an E-Gold account, but don't see why I can't get one and if it is safer I may switch  |

Anyway, either paypal or e-gold is fine. Its depend on how you take care about your account. If you never did anything wrong, your account will be fine. |

I personally have both, E-Gold and Paypal. Oh, not to mention Moneybookers, too. Regarding payments, I use them depending on what the clients needs or uses. 
When it comes to the safety, I think both are safe, unless you share your password or share your account!  |

Yap. But i don't think we will share or show our password to others people right? Its just a stupid move to do that. Another tips, never mention or put your account like e-gold account at many forum. I believe some hackers or bad people just wait to do something to harm your account.

I've witness it too. Sharing accounts for purpose.
Regarding the security, I am not sure if that pop up password typer really does its work to prevent hackers from getting in. And the greatest fear is, the Admin itself will be doing that to their clients... lol.. but oh, thats way too outrageous!

Yeah Egold is safer and secure than Paypal. I think many people will agree about this but they still comfortable to use paypal for any transaction. Maybe Paypal account not so complicated like e-gold and user friendly.

Although it may look as though e-gold seems more safer than paypal, in actuality, they have gone too much in the name of security and have made tougher for me to access even my own account these days, due to the usage of dynamic ip i have.!!! i hate e-gold.

That depends on buyer and seller:
If most your clients are honnest & willing to pay you will use them both but make paypal a primary choice because it's:
* Most popular
* Easy to adapt
* Easy to load or withdraw funds
If most of you client are freebies hunters, you should really avoid PayPal and use e-Gold, Liberty Reserve or any other non-reversible payment solution.
