I wish to throw these questions to our Forum Owners here in the TAN!

How do you encourage your target audience to join your forum? What benefits d you give to your Moderators? Are they paid or voluntarily present themselves to moderate?

I hope you can help me out, I am just starting to build my very own forum. my newly born forum.

You must have content , and maybe get urself a paid host and a proper domain , ppl will then respect ur forum and will even apply for mod voluntarily.
