Default What steps to take with Plagiarism

I wonder is there any formal law or steps that we can take to prevent plagiarism, as i found out that one of my blog content has been copied by a partiucular person who does it word by word. I have sent mails to stop it but he did not, what should i do to prevent it?

Yes there is, you infringe a copyrighted license or in otherwords plagerised somebody stuff when you took their IDEA or WORK without PRIOR PERMISSION or not giving them any CREDITIBILITY
