Is that true that Google penalizes sites that use Text-Link-Ads?
I have heard that they remove the PR as a fine :|
Is it rite ?

Not to sure if they penalize you, but a great place to check how much links are worth at your site go to :

http://www.smartPagerank.com

Chuck in your url, and scroll down, and look for the figure they give you for $/month/link

Yes they do.. They are penalizing people who sells links for PR. And they will accept other CA but not a link sale one. So try to do link sell with them getting you caught,.

I am using textlinks ads of Google adsense. But I have heard that, if we sell links than it puts bad impression for Google PR system. Hope this is not true and my sites continue its PR.

Google is going really strict with all those link farms and the chances are they might even remove page rank for those sites or stop indexing those sites all together.
