Default Backlink from related or non-related sites?
Which is more important and useful in terms of pagerank, back link from a site which has high pagerank but is not related to our site or site which has a low pagerank but is related to our niche?

For Pagerank link from unrelated site with higher PR is better.

But if you want to improve your SERP it is better to get low PR link from related website.
