There are very many HTML META tags, but I get the impression most people only use a few (content, description, robots.) Which do you use and why? Do you use any of the lesser well known ones, if so which?
description
keywords
abstract
author
distribution
revisit-after
copyright
robots
Pragma -no-cache ( As I often change the theme etc )
And another one for Google site verification
I know I probably should use more, but the main ones I have ever used are the ones you mentioned first; content-description-keywords. I guess I have always hoped it would help in natural search traffic.
