i am not much familiar with moneybooker at all. but i have heard lots of positive reviews about it at many places and it has been tipped as the next best to paypal and easy to use too. Can someone who uses moneybookers explain exactly how it works, is it similar to paypal or what?

I never used money booker before so i am not sure about it. But I have a developer friend who earns $1000+ per project said that he switched from paypal to moneybooker saying its better.
