Google is the leader in the search engine industry. MSN and Yahoo are far far behind Google. If they want to compete with Google, they have to spend huge amounts on advertisements and offer new innovative services to the users.

What do you guys think?

Well, If you asses the pages of the sites mention: Google's search page only has its search box and nothing else. yahoo and msn, also has the searh box, and include some infos like news, calendar. ect...

now, the question is, when you go to a Search Engine, what do you want to do?

yes, SEARCH! and not read those craps they paste on the front page which gets people's attention to what they went there for?

yahoo and MSN has a lot to learn when it comes to knowing our target audience!

Microsoft's MSN should be more competetive, but they can't as their team of coders suck.

I think MSN and Yahoo will be better if they don't form, and work on their results... And working on making them better.

They have both crappy results.

Actually what i think happened with MSn is that they took it very carelessly in decision making at right time. take for the look at Yahoo which is giving Google a much fight back in Search Engine war. So the decision at right which MSN would have taken is not so and this only left this Search Engine war concentrated only between google or Yahoo.
