Should we be allowed to make tranfers?

In my opinion it's kind of not a good idea to allow moneybookers, paypal, egold transfers on a forum site. A lot of people can be dishonest when doing these things, including chargebacks. When things go sour, these users can complain to the company they use (eg PayPal) and PayPal can come to this site and try to shut it down costing the admin time and money.

I just don't think this is a good idea. Does anyone else agree?
