Anyone familiar with Alert Pay?

Just wondering. I'm on a website that pays via Alert Pay. I wish they'd use PayPal, but they had a falling out with PP and went to Alert Pay. The site is issuing a debit card, so all I'd really have to do is load the card and then use it, but I was still wondering if anyone was familiar with Alert Pay.
