Xoom is particularly useful in countries where Paypal does not allow its clients to receive payments. It is very efficient and the fees are very low. You will receive the money in less than 24 hours after the receipt of the notice.

I never know about Xoom.com so how is your experience with this payment processor. Is they accept registration from any country. Do we need to verified the account also as like paypal? Seriously I dont know about it.

I know about Xoom. Too bad i think its good for others country especially for Indian member. Our bank policy not allow xoom i think. Thats why our country not in xoom list. So, nothing to sad because i know how to withdraw my money from paypal.

You meant Indian bank policy or all the internatinal bank policy not allow this payment processor. Can you just please clarify a bit as Im really dont know actually about xoom. If that really bad maybe Im also will not put any interest on it.

I registered with xoom.com and it provides good service to indians with low fee

Yes, you are right that xoom is actually a boon for those who cannot withdraw directly from their paypal to their bank account, etc. I have been using xoom for all my payment transfer, from online to offline.

Yes for people who can't receive paypal in their countries its really useful.

I think paypal has service to India also now and unverified paypal accounts also can get their funds transfered to banks from paypal.
