So, i believe some of you already know about vcc right? I like to know if some of you already use vcc? How you get that vcc?

Then, Did some of you know that which bank already sells VCC for verification of paypal? Did you know which country do that?

earlier they were available on dp..but now there sales are banned...so check for some person selling it...and it is required for paypal

I have verified my self with a VCC and I did not faced any problem.
My bank ( HDFC) Have an online feature known as netsafe by which you can generate and temporary visa verified Credit card online with any amount of money even with 0.001 USD
I created one and verified my self.You can use any name and address with such cards

well if you would have worked on digital point you would come to know that they have banned vcc sales on their site prier to that it was easy to get a vcc but now things have become a little difficult ......i have just bought a vcc, i was luck enough because the friend who taught me to use digital point knew some people who sold vcc

I know about that because i also buy vcc from that forum before. Its good and i really verified my paypal easily just in few minutes. So, i believe vcc is a good help. My advice, better use premier account that personal if you use it for verify your paypal.

I know India banks give vcc if i am not wrong , cuz i once asked a vcc seller and he said that.

Yes i used it but i buyed VCC from the net and someone told me that some banks like HDFC provide the facility of making a VCC but i do not know the procedure to do so.
