whatever you have mentioned to verify is absolutely right and the most preferred method to verify your paypal is by credit card or virtual credit card, which is the best way to verify your paypal account.

Thanks for sharing this info. Do they verify accounts by fax or by sending gov id instead of credit card?

You can go and sign up for a Washington Mutual free checking account online....it only takes a dollar deposit....then verify through that....
