Finally, Philippines is able to recieve funds!
Thanks to paypal! Philippines can now receive funds, where previously, we and some other countries can only send! I guess it came after Ebay took over Paypal! They expanded their services to these countries! So, to those who are now aware about this, Please check the list of countries which are included on the unexpected change!
Cheers!

pero, some banks in the philippines still don't consider paypal as a legitimate money transfer site. kaya it's hard to withdraw your money from paypal. i mostly use my paypal account as a net bank account.

I have recently verified my Paypal Philippines using the prepaid debit Mastercard that I got by applying for it online. I did not make any initial deposit and I only activated it because I intend to use it to make my Paypal account verified which it is now. I have no more worries with regards to this matter right now and I am happy.

I've been eyeing on this EON thing. But I don't know somebody who uses this system before and thought that it is a dead system, they didn't reply on my queries either.. So, How did you apply, sweetangel? Online or you really went to Union Bank personally? Please share your experience, I want to get one too!

EON is a visa Electron card. You could even use it in a CCBil, Epassporte accounts. You need to go personally or apply in there site its easy. Its not dead its is relaunched last year and it works like a charm.
