Default How long before the account becomes limited if one does not have a VCC?
well one of my friends just made a paypal account and does not have a VCC so for how many days will his account not become limited

Until you exhaust the initial 100$. once you spend that all then you can;'t withdraw anymore but you could still receive payment. Until you verify it? But A VCC will not work now because they will require a 4 digit from the CC company your using so apply for a CC if you want to use paypal.

Are your sure about this? my account still needs to be verified .. if u are right then i might not have to worry right now about verifying it..
