how to get my acc verified without VCC? is it that if i add a bank account in my paypal will i still have to buy a VCC or can i get free from buying a VCC

What country are you in? VCC is not legal to paypal anymore.. You will need a VCC or a Visa Electron account a debit card that is valid like the one they realse in Union bank. Called EON cyber account. Stay away With VCC because they will now require you for a 4 digit oin and you can;t have that in a VCC. But for debit or a CC you could receive that once you get your statement in the month or request your bank to give the 4 digit paypal send them to you.

If you don't want to use vcc. You can use VMI or debit card. Thats the good solution for poeple like us. If not, you can use credit card. Most people under age or not have job will use vcc. So, its depend on you to choose now.
