Default Best method to avoid chargeback

Suppose I take payment via paypal to sell domain name. But after the domain name is activated, the buyer puts charge back. So, what should I do in that case.

Because once domain name is activate , I can deactivate it. So, what should I do to avoid such charge back??

You cannot avoid such scams at all in paypal. Always try to keep all the proof with you for safe at least one month from the transaction you did to at least show it to the paypal when such issues arise. There is no foolproof method in paypal to protect the sellers and everything is in favor of buyers!
