Default Paypal

I have read a lot about people having nightmare problems with PayPal and saying how they think they are out to scam/take money off as many people as they can get away with.

So far my experience with PayPal has been mixed. I have had a problem, a big one in my eyes. I had my account hacked, money taken out to the tune of £170 and then my account closed by the hacker. I nearly cried when I got all the email messages saying, your email address has been changed on your paypal account etc. Anyway after spending a long 30 minutes on the phone to paypal listenting to some classical music they finally got back to me and said they would look into it and email me the outcome.

I was convinced that they would side with the hacker and basically gave up on the hope of getting back my £170. After abbout four days of waiting I got an email from them. They said that I should create a new account and they would move the money that was stolen into it. I was so happy that they'd sorted it out.

Since then i've had no problems at all with paypal and every question I have had needed answering by them has been done so rather quickly.

Whats your experiences with Paypal, good and bad ones?

your account is hacked. its not the problem given to you by paypal. its the problem u created on your own by giving life to bugs in your system. paypal is no way responsible for that. you give your personal details to others and blame paypal is not really good.
