Default Selling Paypal Accounts?
Is it advisable or legal to sell one's paypal account to another person? i have seen at many places where there requests placed to buy unused paypal account. I have an unused paypal account which i want to sell and want to know its consequences.

Why would anybody sell their paypal account with their personal details on it?
