Default How to resolve disputes???

Hi,
Recently I failed to deliver some articles to my client on time due to some serious problems and he raised a dispute. If anyone could help me out to find out the way how to resolve it, I would be very helpful...

Thanks

You must have taken money form the client as an advance
Now you will have to pay back the amount that's it

If it was within a certain time frame, there should be a button that says "submit refund" or something to that sort. If not, you will have to do it manually.

Either finish the articles and then contact your client and tell him, he can remove the dispute.

Or just give him back the money by clicking the refund button, or waiting till you grace period is over and the money will be automatically taken out of your account and given back to him, although if you do that you will look bad as you didn't even reply to him!

well as many people have already said you cannot eat free lunches...well i feel they are being too harsh on you....i would suggest that first you tell your client the reason for the delay if he understands well and good if not then my dear friend return all the advance you took from him...else he could take more than what he was to pay you
