Default I went in loss because of paypal

Recently I did some blog post, and article writing for one person. He paid me 36$ for the work. But soon after 5-7 days, he opened a dispute and want chargeback.

Paypal has held my those 36$..and asking for invoice and other details. I have sent printscreen of the PMs of one forum, where we have done deal.

Now, it is under invistigation...what should I do now??

If you already submit all the evidence just waiting for their answer lol. Hope you will get back your money but seriously I tell you... Its quite hard to get back but you need to try as you can first and see the result. Just pray for it mate.

I currently have two account in which they are holding, one has $450 USD, the other has $200 USD, I am use to it.

All will be resolved if you sent evidence. Although I believe they do this randomly every so often. Not sure why, but it gets v4ery annoying at times, as you are unable to purchase anything online!

well, your it seems like your employer is quite rotten, if you did send in some evidence and you won (i do hope you win), you can turn the tides and sue him for what he did.

well i feel that paypal only does this because of security reasons, and i feel its not their fault they are compelled to do it because the other person has filled a charge against you....well i feel the issue will be resolved if you provide all the evidence you have because that persons charges are fake

if u have accepted payment made by creditcard then you are finished. just forget about the money and think of earning again. it should be a big lesson for all the members reading this thread. even if paypal decides in your favour, the person making payment through creditcard can always take back his amount with in a months time. go through the rules of creditcard and all will know about it.

Very similar situation happened to me some time back where one personal conned me by charge back after i have offered my service. Now, these type of scams are rising in paypal. Probably they should do something to prevent such instances.

PayPal needs to be held accountable
