Sorry for sounding like an uber noob, but can someone explain me the benefits of yahoo groups when it comes to SEO.. My friend tried to explain it to me, but I could not really understand it.

Yahoo Groups are like communities that share the same hobbies or anything from music to arts. They also have YahooGroups owners more like Forum Admins and Moderators, Members can post files, send messages to the group! Post pictures and more.

So if you're planning to use Yahoo Groups for SEO, try to analyze which category of the groups do you belong, from there, simply join em, make friends, and inform them about your site. careful not to spam, you can also be banned by the group owners.

groups are basically interaction intrerface whwre people having same intersts can share their views..they are indeed very handy
